I could have post it earlier but I don't know why I haven't.. My wife gave birth on the 22nd of June to a bouncing baby boy and I'm so happy to be a Father finally even tho I'm finding it difficult to raise money for the naming ceremony but still that won't deter my happiness. I pray all those praying for fruit of womb will be answered shortly and those still carrying their pregnancy will deliver safely. Ameen.. 13 Likes

To God be the glory. You and your wife should follow Ask the Gynaecologist and Ask the pediatricians on facebook. You'd be glad you did. So much to learn from there as First time parents. Harmful omugwo practices on mother and child, how to care for newborns even to their skincare. Meanwhile, naming ceremony isn't by force. The child can be named within you means, don't spend money you don't have. Diapers are expensive and wipes has gone from 700 to 1k. Newborns that are exclusively breastfed can poop up to 12 times a day and it's normal. So imagine how much diapers you'd be using in this newborn stage. 6 Likes |

This boy is so cute. Bros dont kill yourself about the naming, call your Imam or Pastor to come and name him and invite 2 or 3 family members to witness the day. Then you can buy cabin biscuit and soft drink. the country is hard for every take it easy on urself. 1 Like |
