Completed the soft skills program and I have got my certificate, I use to have a jobberman account and that was a long time ago, only for the certificate to come out and I have the same names I used to register a while back on the certificate. How do I change this pleas

I scored 87 before the course and scored 100 after. But my cognitive test I did not do well in maths
