I'm relocating down to ibadan, what are the cheapest areas with good light and security?

Total budget of 250k

Not looking for job as I work from home, so any good and cheap location will do. Please recommend

I worked from home through 2016-2019 ,

Was with a friend ,akobo area,

Two locations where the lights are good in ibadan, but the rents rate are high now,
Akobo, oluyole extension,
This two areas still got some good light...no where is secure..just pray,
Better still mogaji Oko ,in oyo town ,bonke area,

This areas got like 16 hours light per day,

You may want to squat for a while,build your backbone and launch very high

It depends on the kind of house you need .
In Akobo,
A decent 2 bedroom flat is between 600 and 300k
A decent mini flat is between 150 and 250k
A decent self contain is betweem 100 and 200k

AKobo does not have good power supply again. It's terrible.
