I requested for express.

My card has been declined by my issuer GTB �. Both Naira mastercard and dollar card

Should I just ask a friend to pay for me ? ,although she's in canada, she was able to help pay for allison cert.

You did not understand her question, yes if you are in the UK as a dependant you require ielts ukvi general to switch your visa to health care skilled worker.
