After report emerged of Lekki Deep Seaport receiving its first vessel, some overzealous and uninformed Tinubu supporters started tagging the seaport a Lagos State project. Some have even gone as far as attributing it to Tinubu as one of his brainchild.

But I’m here to set the records straight that the project belongs to a Chinese Consortium and not Lagos government. Specifically, the project is being developed by Tolaram and China Harbour Engineering Company with the NPA and Lagos State Government as mere shareholders.

One supporter argued that because it’s in Lekki, then it’s Lagos Government Project irrespective of who is building it, and I want to ask, is Dangote Refinery a Lagos State Government Project because it is sited in the same Lekki?

Tinubu supporters should look for better things to campaign with and not lies by ascribing a project that was started in 2011 to Tinubu that left office in 2007.

And where is the port situated?

Must you people always have issue with any development news coming from Lagos state?

Why not hold your region political leaders accountable for being clueless for not thinking of developing your region.

Celebrate with others so that you can also be celebrated when it comes to your turn

Yes.

And Tinubu has absolutely nothing to do with it.

Besides, if Anambra had access to the sea, investors would have been falling over themselves to build seaports in Onitsha.

So don’t talk plenty

Tinubu and late Jakande's template is what Lagos state is using..

Whose template is Anambra using?

Moreover, did Obiano destroy all the projects and legacy of Obi in Anambra state that his supporters are struggling to point out to them?

On the contrary my dear friend, nobody has issues with the Lekki Deep Seaport being situated in Lagos per se.

What we are taking exception of is some of your brothers calling the seaport a Lagos Government owned project and how it was started by Tinubu.

I’m sure if we start to ascribe the Anambra international Airport to Obi you people will say no that it was built by Obiano even though Obi conceived the project and signed some first phase of agreements and even sited the Airport which Obiano relocated - an action that did not go down well with most Ndi Anambra.

Except if you want to be mischievous, you can't say Tinubu's influence wasn't part of what brought the port.

You guys Sha continue to believe your own lies by under rating Tinubu's influence in Nigeria.

Is it because politically, your region hasn't presented someone that is political relevant across the region abi what's all this hatred about Tinubu

And in your estimation, Tinubu politically relevant across the regions?

Or if he is politically relevant in the North and West then other regions don’t matter?

Again, we don’t hate Tinubu. We just hate what he represents.

That was how we hated Buhari and warned everyone about him. Have we not been justified?

Shouldn't you people be praying for any of the state in your region to be quarter level in terms of development like Lagos state.

Well, in life, people can only envy those who are doing better than them in all ramifications

Meth don destroy OP brain.

Where was it stated that Lagos state is not part of the owners?

How will you say something where 3 people have stakes in belong to just one of them? Is that how the logic work in Ibo land?

Below is OBJ himself praising Asiwaju when the port was birthed and a nonentity online is coming to claim Lagos state has no stakes in it.

Even the 4th screenshot you uploaded yourself clearly said Lagos state government is a shareholder. So that is why I am questioning your sanity.

Please don't educate them here.

Your parents invested in you and you spent hours, days, years even in developing yourself.

This is not an Opensource engagement.

Lekki Deep Sea Port is a Lagos State Project that the FG gave the State Permission to go ahead with

The FG main input would be connecting the Port to the National Railway

NPA appears to have some shares in it
