Hi all, so I decided to prepare well spiced grilled fish and yam fingers. I recommend this recipe if you'd like to do something different this weekend

INGREDIENTS
Medium Sized Yam - 1/2 Tuber
Kote Fish (Horse Mackerel) - 1 pc
Salt to taste

For Marinade:
Vegetable oil
Onions - 1/2 bulb
Garlic - 3 cloves
Ginger
Red Scotch bonnet pepper
Paprika
Black Pepper
Seasoning Cubes

Well, this should take you up to 1 hour to prepare at a normal pace. However, you can improve on the time by doing some other tasks together e.g. preparing the yam fingers while grilling is ongoing or preheating your grill while fish is being prepared (that's if you're using a manual grill and not an oven or air fryer).
