Send your complain, Npower ID and screenshot of your payment status showing the affected month to @Npower_ng on twitter you will be attended to please after doing it wait for a response in your notification on twitter probably you did not communicate your message properly, lots of Npower Batch C stream 1 beneficiaries are getting their issues resolved with feedbacks.

first bank na one of the slowest Chaaii. But we dey hardly get payment issues though
