Recently I noticed that kuda ATM card doesn't work on every POS terminal.

I learnt this the hard way;on july 2nd, I withdrew via a POS agent(Access bank),the transaction failed but I was debited.

The issue is that no reversal of my money.

Must I wait for 7 working days to get my money back

Lol...I left firstbank due to incessant deduction in the name of sms....I guess GTB will be better

All this online, new generation kolo bank my advice is for people not relax if they have money there.

Normal bank they get issues wey dey hard them so solve

You don't have to wait for that long and besides you should have notified them immediately via mail. I was wrongly debited while using ATM, sent a mail that day and my money was reversed within thirty minutes.

Go to the transaction details and dispute it.

Be rest assured they'll refund you...but it will take a while.

I still prefer Kuda to every other bank in Nigeria. Kuda only seconds Barter by Flutterwave to me.
