I have been following this news closely throughout today, it could also be a Spurs player. Some Spurs player meet the criteria revealed but it seems like a popular player.

The Police I understand are not going to reveal the name of the player but I expect the rumor mills to expose it soon. This doesn’t look good and I understand the photos of the bruising are bad. Whoever the player is may not be available for this coming season and his career may not survive it in England.

Most rumors point towards Partey and the silence from Arsenal is deafening and killing. I am desperately hoping it is not an Arsenal player and that both players are in Germany with the team.. otherwise, it is going to be bad especially if it is Partey.

Rape is a serious accusation but I will wait for the court to determine/ confirm the accusation. The incident was said to have occurred in June.

While Spurs players may live in Barnet, it is more likely that an Arsenal player lives in Barnet as they have more of a tradition of players living there. I schooled in Barnet and Kanu, Francis Jeffers, Wenger and Bergkamp lived in the suburbs at the time, probably a few more.

Also it's not likely for an International player to be home in June when the incident is said to have occured. Players are usually on International duty in the first week of June, and abroad on holiday in the later weeks, except players that are recuperating from injury and stay around for physio and specialist work
