@ OP, please don't be like the corrupt officers we have nation-wide at federal institutions like the Nigerian Immigration Service, Federal Inland Revenue Service etc, that's the only thing I can think of.

I would love to say more like do your work well and be a pleasant person to work with......but I am not sure private sector rules work in the public sector, na eye service & corruption dey thrive for public sector pass.

Who have you the notion that they don't work in public sector, what make you believe every public service officer is corrupt or takes bribes?
Change that notion now, now.

Lol @ change that notion now now now. Na personal experience make me talk oo. However, a part of my brain knows that's not always the case, but dealing with corrupt federal officers has been a prevailing experience. Especially officers with those two institutions I mentioned. No vex
