Nice response. Too many dull people on this forum. They have never travelled and still will not bother to read. Even nations as great as Japan and China experience flooding.

Lagos problem is as a result of bad drainage system and many canals have been landfilled and built upon.

Those places you mentioned, are all bigger than Lagos in terms of land mass and not as overcrowded and urbanized as Lagos
