hmm, this says a lot about those supporting BAT. It is "I dedicate this to...", not "I dedicate this for..". Yes, we know what he is looking for, he thinks this will give him job. Apparently, he cannot compete strongly in the job market, that's why he thinks sycophancy will bail him out.
