They're overstating Wikes political abilities. Wike controls nobody in the South South and Udoms refusal to step down for him at the APC convention even when it was obvious that Udom stands no chance, should be an eye opener.

Wike is at a very serious war with The governor of Cross Rivers state. He doesn't see eye to eye with the governor of Bayelsa state. The Delta State governor is now the running mate of Atiku and the one at Edos government House, whom he helped to put in power has dramatically fallen out with him!

Hope Uzodinmgba fought so dirty with him few months ago. Even before Hope, he was at loggerheads with the former governor of Imo State Ihedioha. Soludo in his characteristic self absorbed nature, won't take orders from Wike. We know his story with Umeahi. To worsen matters, Wikes litany of uncouth outbursts against the igbos, makes his alliance with the governors of Abia and Enugu states look increasingly weak.

So where is Wike going to get the votes to impress all these people going to befriend him all of a sudden? It's not like he is so loved even in his Rivers state. He is fighting with the ijaws, .. folks at Obigbo will kill him if they find him in an alley at night! What's the noise all about? Because those against Amechis romance with Buhari momentarily stood with him these past elections?
