Dead backlight. If you can still hear sound, then it's dead backlightt. Can be fixed by your nearest electrician at a reasonable price. Just in case you don't have anyone close, if you can hit Edo state, mention me again so i can get you in touch with a repairer..

and also point a touch light to screen and confirm for picture. if your answer is yes, that repairer is about to cheat you. carry your tv back.. lg 32 inches right?

The sound is very much working.


I tried the touch light, it's dark no picture seen weda because it's day Time.
But all the same it's not the screen fault.

as you don't want to pay 20k for your tv to be fixed, i want to give you virtual assistant and tell you what to do and how to approach the engineer for a quick and affordable fix.
