Peter Obi's Interview With BBC Hausa, Reaction By Northerners by fk001(op): 11:07am On Jul 12, 2022
Earlier today BBC Hausa interviewed Peter Obi below are the screen shots of comments Notherners, 98% of the comments are against him.

BBC Hausa is one of the major page where Northerners speak out their mind, it is a hub for both the learnant and the semi educated, while the uneducated and the old ones listened to the BBC hausa Radio mostly, and guess what all the comments that was chunked out on the page would be later on read out by the reporters through the BBC hausa radio for wider audience.

I know some people will say that I selected only the negative comments, you can go and verify on the page by yourselves. The only positive comments are by Northern based igbos, and some new accounts with Hausa names but they don't have any Northerners on their friend list, which we all know they are catfish accounts.

Hmmm..... I really love Peter Obi politics playing strategies. He honors every invite he gets for interview and programs where the people will be able to hear him and his goals for the nation

Most of the comments in Hausa are mockery that's why you will see the laughter emoji.

I would have like to translate it but it will be time consuming, maybe if it reach FP I would edit and translate the comments

Obj used to be a national project .. Love by Nigerians

But IPOB bingos took over and made him an IPOB project .. while shouting the youths are coming

Which youths grin?

IPOB finished Obi career with their myopic toxicity and bitterness towards other Nigerians

They funny copied Yoruba media pattern .. but not religious tolerance

One thing I know too well is that Peter Obi wont win Anambra State

E sure

The op is not being totally honest. Selecting negative screenshots here to create a wrong impression is deceptive. Please readers go to the page yourself and see the honest opinion of majority. The op is a Tinubu supporter

Peter Obi stands head and shoulders higher than all other presidential candidates in Nigeria today.

1. He has a competent VP
2. He has an intimidating CV
3. He has an unblemished reputation
4. He has a sterling performance as an administrator
5. He had a very successful private business
6. He has a very peaceful family
7. He has the support of all the youths of Nigeria
8. He has the support of all the workers in Nigeria
9. He has the support of all the students in Nigeria
10. He has demonstrated his love and support of humanity, helping Nigerians from every part of Nigeria.

It's funny seeing controlled voters hailing who they're not actually going to vote. Northerners would prefer a muslim clinch the presidency victory rather than allowing power shift to a Christian. Put more efforts in convincing your Christan brothers. PDP presidential primaries should teach you a big lesson.

Core North is not the target for Peter Obi,we are okay with SE SS and NC. Tinubu Atiku and Kwankwaso should fight for NE and NW.

Aren't you deceiving yourself with all these? You pick selected screenshots of Kwankwaso supporters and start claiming rubbish. The good thing is that some Hausas and Fulanis on that same page are supporting Obi because they know his ticket with Datti is the best for Nigeria.

Buhari won Kano and the rest of NW and NE consistently yet he couldn't win the presidential election until he won parts of the South.

Obi is not even hoping to win in those places too, he only needs the votes of few reasonable ones among them. The South and Middle Belt will vote for him and that would be enough for him to win!

Now let Kwankwaso grant interview in BBC Igbo or BBC Yoruba or BBC pidgin and see if he would get just 1% would support him.

The joke is on you!

Yes, Northern Muslims who don't see anything wrong with Bokoharam and ISWAP are against Peter Obi.

Show me comments from northern Christians.

BTW, I thought election is not won on social media. Why should you take those comments seriously?

3 positive comments?.. OP already said 98% are negative, they aren't only negative, they are directly insulting him.
Moral of the story; The best moment to deal with your enemy is when he needed you most. Northerners were very patient all the while you insulted them and call them all sorts of names. As pay back, they're showing you your receipts.
While some few ibo commenters in the section were trying to talk like people who have sense & market Peter Obi, the Northerners were having non of that. Some 4 or 5 months ago, you would have replied them back with insults.
Who would have thought you would have been this civil while talking to the " almajiris".
