UK Farmers are to be paid up to £100,000 to retire in a bid to freshen the industry with Farmers who are keen on green methods.
Environment Secretary George Eustice believes that some older farmers are hesitant to employ new green methods
.
He told the Oxford Farming Conference that some older farmers were 'standing in the way of change'.
'There's evidence that farmers who wish to leave farming can find it difficult to generate capital to do so.
'So, a lump sum payment could help contribute to the costs of moving somewhere new or moving into an alternative sector.'

Taking a cue from Sri Lanka govt.

“A food, energy, and financial crisis have brought down Sri Lanka’s government. But the underlying cause is the fact that the nation’s political leaders had fallen under the spell of green elites peddling ‘ESG’ and banning modern fertilizers,”
“The decision to overnight shift away from synthetic fertilizers was an absolute disaster,”
Before its people stormed the presidential palace and overthrew the government, Sri Lanka had one of the highest ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) scores in the world. The ESG score is a new metric concocted by the corporate establishment to measure how “sustainable” and socially “equitable” nations and companies are.
These ESG initiatives like banning fertilizer caused the nation’s rice crop to fall by 20% in the first six months, crop productions to drop by 40-50%, and inflation to explode to 54%, which led 500,000 Sri Lankans into poverty.

World Economic ForumWEF had deleted an article from Sri Lanka’s Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe.

The Sri Lankan ongoing protests is why Nigeria needs intellectuals who won’t mindlessly follow foreign policy that might not necessarily favor the country. The crisis is said to have begun due to multiple compounding factors, one being a nationwide policy shift to organic or biological farming. Organic farming will always result in a lower yield, if the land is not fertile enough to produce for the population. The subsequent economic hardships has resulted in the 2022 Sri Lankan protests. Just because it looks good on paper doesn’t mean it’ll be good for your nation.

God, why was I created in this country? See leaders that think ahead and love their citizens, no wonder "God bless the queen" is truly a prayer to them. While am here and and my career and potential is wasting away. But if God torch your mind to help me, please help.

Reading your post made me sad. Why?
There are lots of people who think like you.
If you're giving 100k for your farm[Govt plans to takeover farmland], and some farmers chose to "go green" ie use the new fertilizers that are not actually fertilizers. Then, suddenly, there's a global food shortage due to the low yield. Your "money" becomes nothing and the value goes down due to inflation[Lots of money in circulation, chasing after fewer goods]
In the end, you wish you still had your land, but they also plan to ban farming on your own land due to "Nitrogen emission"
Everyone now depends on the govt., which is the whole plan.

People were called conspiracy theorists when they were telling people about the plandemic.
Farmers are protesting now but people are not paying attention until there's a so-called "food crisis", and then govt starts talking about reducing the population.
Farmers in India protested against the Modi govt when they were implementing the same measures like Sri Lanka. He backed down, India would be in the same mess now if not because Modi listened to the farmers.
Spanish, Turkish, Dutch, Italian, etc farmers are protesting govt land-grabbing measures disguised as concern for climate but most people aren't even aware of coming danger. Govts are even threatening to nationize land[30%] to meet climate change target.
Meanwhile, Bill Gates is busy buying up farmlands

Why would they read it? More importantly, why should they adopt it? Do you know what's going on?

Trying to understand topics before commenting helps.

I like you to know that the next phase of population control and global dominance is tied to the availability and abundance of food you can produce. Conventional wars are ending, modern and future wars are/will economic, your ability to have enough food supply for your citizens and others will determine how much value you will be accorded and how much control you will have.

The nitrogen emission brouhaha is just the face of it, global control is the goal and the key is to amass enough farmlands in order to decide who gets what and when.

Note: Bill Gates is buying lands like crazy.
