Whenever I freeze food items I notice it tastes sweeter and better than the first time I had it. Have you experienced that?

She passed a message and I picked it fast fast na. True. I totally forgot it contains coconut and dates. The chaff would be tastier than I assumed, but it wouldn’t be fun. Just like eating residue. Coconut chaff makes me have dry cough. That is why I don’t eat coconut.

What exactly do you freeze? Your teeth no dey pain you? I don’t eat frozen food, but I know one person that would agree with you.

While I like animals (not all of them) and love to treat them well, how can you just give away the shaft without trying it first to get a feel of what it tastes like?

Do you need yoghurt in this drink? My yoghurt reference was just that - a reference. But, yoghurt sounds like it will make it creamier and tastier, I will try it.

My blender grinds it to powder till there's nothing left of the chaff though.

But yogurt go make sense when the juice is still in it. I will try it too.

Its supposed to be make and drink up.
I can manage to keep mine till the next day in a very cold fridge and not freezer.

I truly recommend tiger nut to everyone. One of it's benefit is that it reduces blood sugar level. It also helps in digestion. I advise you to check it out

The trick is to defrost on the counter an hour or two before I'm ready to eat anything. My banana based smoothies end up melting like fan ice cream......sweetest thing ever.

Had this drink once and didn't feel any special..but it's way better than your average malt and adulterated juice.

Walahi the shiiiit is over rated...nothing much..water melon has even better effect...

What did you do with the blended shaft? I'm thinking it would have been nice as a cold snack, you can take while watching TV, like ice cream or habib yoghurt.

I like that your video was straight to the point and under 10 minutes, lengthy videos can cause one to lose their attention span. So, keep them short and simple like you did here.

I feed it to my birds very nutritious.

You can buy the bottled one, that one no dey spoil, filled with toxic chemicals which I think you both need.

Freezing is also not an option as it tampers with the health benefits of tiger nut.

Tiger nut is sensitive so I refrigerate all the washed ingredients and sieve out with cold water before transferring back into the fridge.

I will advise you make small portions per time.

I use Panasonic blender 3000 capacity. I don't like grinding outside.

What does it do to the kidneys?.... that is what matters.
Too many kidneys are failing prematurely these days.
