it's true. But according to reports, he is cleared already so why shying away from camera. BTW, a middle finger to that accuser grin
These tours are mostly for PR purposes and revenue generation for the club, nothing more. Otherwise, they can do all that preseason training at home. I remember when we used to go on Asian tours and the entire stadium will be filled with fans who want to watch Arsenal for days! We generated a lot of money from those Asian tours and increased our international fan base.

We have an American owner now and Partey is in the US, a country that is very sensitive to women rights/ issues. I can imagine how frustrated and upset he is with the entire situation. The cameras or any kind of interview are not best for him right now.

He is going to need a lot of time to process this incident. He was accused of rape and it gathered global attention. His integrity and everything he has worked for to be the man that he is, including his parental upbringing is being questioned.

Cameras are the last thing in his mind. I seriously hope he sues the lady for damages!

And he think he will make the squad playing for Fulham. He is likely to concede more goals at Fulham which will further be a disadvantage for him.
Never underestimate the power of first team appearances. Being the 1st choice goalie for an EPL team is better than sitting on the bench for a 2nd straight season at Arsenal.

Pity the guy small na. I guess you want him competing against Turner/ Okonkwo/ Runnarson for number 2 abi? Make no mistake about it, Leno is a good shot stopper, with great instincts, his problem is that he not a ball playing goalie and he is poor in command his box aerially.

It will be reopen by August
It will be reviewed in August you mean?

What they are doing now is to investigate the allegation the more and see the merit of the case if it worth taking to trial

Right now he will be on bail pending further investigation and be given dates to report for reviews and more questioning if need be. That is normal process and nothing to worry about. This might linger for months or years. He has to just brave himself and continue doing what he is doing if he knows he didn't do the crime. They will not prosecute him just because someone alleged he did a crime without evidences.

For the little I know about UK, there are 2 crimes they don't handle with levity; murder and rape... for him to still be free and in US at the moment means the case evidence has no weight yet....else even if he would be granted bail, his passport would have been collected since.

He won't be sitting on bench all the time na grin grin
Europa league go dey...maybe League cup too.
Fulham are relegation candidate and the way he will be conceding goals may not help him get a spot for WC

The bold is also not easy to do. If the case is dismissed for lack of evidence, it doesn't mean the allegation is false, it only means it can't be proven.

If he should go ahead and sue her, the burden of prove will now be on him. He will have to prove that the girl was actually lying. Except the girl confesses of lying or they were not together at the material time and he can prove with evidences or witnesses that they were not together at the time she is alleging rape, then he has a case.

But if they were together and maybe sex took place which I suspect to be the case, wether the sex was with consent or forced, we will never know the truth without some recodings, confessions or witnesses or some medical proof.

Let us also bear in mind that It is possible she was raped and the case get dismissed for lack of evidence and it is also possible she is lying.... The real truth is only within both of them. But none of them can win any case with just their words against each other.

We are not paid scouts; those paid to scout will surely do their job of recommending two or three players that they believe will fit into the manager’s project. We don’t know how good players like Tomiyasu, Martinelli etc we’re before the club signed them; scouts definitely know where to look for good players if they are asked to.

Make we just buy replacement for the guy Abeg; cos even if he’s cleared the PTSD of the whole go dey affect him on top field of play sef; I fear he won’t give his best like it happened immediately he came back from AFCON … He might struggle to help us as a team.

Make we just plan for life in his absence Abeg
This will be true if he has a guilty conscience. If not, this case will even motivate him the more to give double extra

At the verge of losing one of our future prospect...

Chelsea have signed another talent for the future. After Zak Sturge deal, Chelsea will soon announce Omari Hutchinson as new signing - he’s set to leave Arsenal. #CFC
Talks collapsed with #AFC on new deal, Hutchinson will join Chelsea.

Omari Hutchinson one of our bright academy players is joining Chelsea. Contract talks with Arsenal have collapsed and he is set Chelsea.

I am quite sad and disappointed but again, I am not sure what his demands were. Also, why Chelsea? I doubt he gets any playing time. He would just be sent on loans but I guess he knows better, it’s his career.

Remember, I keep harping on the fact that we have too many academy players who are ready. We have not integrated any of our academy players into the first team since Ebening. Instead we have gone out to buy Lokonga/ Marquinhos..

I would hate to see an exodus of this talented group, especially, if 1 or 2 go ahead to become world beaters.

The bolded is the issue. They are ready but we have a young squad so their prospect of ever getting to play is a distant years away.

When will Omari be able to bench Saka? The fact is the club cannot groom both and Saka is the better player so it's best to cash in rather than give out big contract to a youth player we won't use. We can add a buy back or sell on clause so that we can still benefit as he develops in his career elsewhere.

As this will be setting a trend among the lads, we have to decide fast on the likes of Azeez, Patino, Salad, Flores etc

I think you are going too far with the Saka competition. Nobody expects any of the young guns to become starters. Neither Omari nor his agent believes Omari will be a first team player for Chelsea but they seem assured that his immediate future with Chelsea (loan most likely) will be clarified and not muddled like it is at Arsenal, outside of the improved contract also.

For 2 straight seasons, we have failed to integrate any academy player and that is part of the problem. Also, we have been slow in making decisions about their future with the club, be a loan or permanent transfer and these guys see it. We are going to be involved in a lot of competition this coming season, I desperately hope to see some of these guys get minutes.

As we speak, Patino has made only 1 senior appearance for Arsenal and that was in the FA cup and now we know he did not even travel with the team to Germany. I mean that has to be disappointing for some of these young guys. No one is saying they will all become great but it would hurt if 1-2 become great elsewhere because we failed to even give them a chance or a pathway to the first team when we had the chance.

Off course it will be disappointing. But it is because they know he won't be a starter in the near future, that's why they have to let him go instead of giving him an improved/big contract.

As a matter of fact, I am opposed to selling any of these guys. I main wish, as I have stated on this forum already is for us to have a third level of first teamers culled from the academy who can be involved in some matches like a group stage of the EL after we have secured qualification, a 10nins cameo in some matches etc. Losing Omari will never be pleasant, but if it must be then we have to get the best out of it. I will pray for his success, but it must benefit us too.

I think Arteta want to bring in new players first before letting the like of Bellerin and AMN go. Also, he may still be looking for diamond among those toughs if one or two of his targeted players doesn't get signed.

They shouldn’t waste money buying another RB when they sell Bellerin jare, we can promote any good academy product to understudy dem Tomiyasu and Cedric Abeg.

Bellerin's loan deal with Real Betis was a failure to us because we thought they would keep him. He has a year left on his contract with us, Arteta may consider keeping him to run down his contract if a good fee is not offered for him.

It’s better we sell him for a fee at least ( even if it’s not his actual value) , instead of allowing him to stay another year paying him wages while he’s down the pecking order behind Tomiyasu and Cedric na.

Not that he was playing badly for Betis, it's that they don't have money at all. Bellerin will be a quality backup for Tomi especially knowing his injury records last year and that we will play 4 major competitions. A fee less than 10m will be of little value for me.

He didn't play badly for betis they actually want him but those mofos don't want to pay

Everybody wants to low ball us with their offers! Can you imagine the nonsense. From Torreira to Leno and now Bellerin. Betis should stop this nonsense. When they loaned him last season, what exactly were they expecting would happen after last season? It's time to start calling the bluffs of these clubs, especially foreign clubs.

Decent start thus far. We have dominated possession and had chances including Jesus’s 1v1 getting saved. Everton have relied on counter attacks and have been quite physical against us. Once again, Partey is showing us how important he is to how we play on both ends.

This M. Turner dey do me one kain. He looks uncomfortable and jittery..
