Urges Security operatives to ensure law , order

Osun Governor and candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Adegboyega Oyetola said he has taken cognisance of the results of the governorship election in the State as announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, on Sunday, saying he is studying the outcome.

In a statement issued by his media aide, Ismail Omipidan on Sunday, Oyetola urged his supporters to remain calm and urged security operatives to ensure there is no breakdown of law and order across the state.

He, however, noted that the party would be responding appropriately after studying the results and consulting with critical stakeholders of the party.

He adds: “I am calling on our supporters to remain calm, and the people of the State to go about their businesses without let or hindrance.

"I also urge security operatives to ensure maintenance of law and order, to prevent break down of law and order”.

Osun people dodge a deadly bullet. Oyetola did some projects in a bid to win the hearts of the people while ruling in his first term with stolen mandate. Second term was when he would have gone on a looting spree as it is usually done by APC governors.

As for Tinubu, he was shamed, disgraced and discarded in his home state and that is what he deserved.

Tinubu is someone that never did anything for his home state, even going as far as to deny them by claiming Lagos state to be his state of origin.

If the people of osun were braver, Tinubu will be greeted with stones as soon as he step foot in the state.
