An OS that no other phone company has applied to implement? Just be patient as Google will soon launch their new Fuchsia OS and then nobody will ever get to use Harmony OS. Even Samsung is already carrying out test with Fuchsia OS that is yet to launch but has shown zero interest in Harmony OS.
