Most of these artesans (welders, carpenters, etc) do not take safety serious at all or how could someone be welding a tanker with product inside without doing the pre-welding checks and necessary isolations

My dear what is fire service? Almost Every state in Nigeria has fire service... Some May not be functional as Lagos but they have.

Regardless, this whole country is a mess! Nigerians are easily impressed! that's why we always settle for less! That's why our leaders don't bother to do more in catching up With the rest of the world.

I mean which country around the world still celebrate and brag about Having a Fire service in this 21st century.... Smh
