I think you may need to describe what the issues represented in the pictures are, and the type and stage of the building to get a solution.

The issue is water is licking from the decking when it rains, however, there is a tank on the decking. The building is a storey building

Don't think the battery is original battery .. maybe you can try Decagel battery . Believe that one last for over 2years

Go for tubular batteries, it last longer, all you need to do is check the water gauge and fill it up with battery water if there's any shortage.

I thought it was distilled water they usually use in topping up those types of inverter batteries...abi the tubular batteries are different from the ones topped with distilled water?
