When you form your own church you have no right to call yourself Bishop. In case you don't know there's an association of Nigerian bishops. Bishop isn't a title you give yourself, it's conferred on you by senior Bishops.

You can give yourself any title you want if you form your church, from Pastor, prophet, Apostle, General Overseer... etc. But you don't see people answering Bishop anyhow unless you're not living in Nigeria.
