But you know, it's kind of unfair to totally say the ring of power is shiiit because of the views, likes and shares the both series got on Twitter.
The reason i feel so is that the game of thrones is always going to have more fans because the last season was just 2019. That's just 3 years ago, so it's a very successful recent series with world wide fan base.
You can't compare it to the lord of the rings that had their last film in 2003.
Bro this is 2003, we are talking of 18 years ago. For what it is, i will say the ring of power has even tried when it comes to how well the series has gathered online discussions all over the world.

Yeah that's the hobbit.
This particular ring of power series is an adaptation from The lord of the ring.
That's why i was specific about the lord of the rings. Because both the Lord of the rings and the ring of power is similar in nature as it has to do with the rings.
I know many fans of the lord of the rings haven't even seen the hobbit.

Even at that the game of thrones is always going to have more fans than the ring of power because it's more recent and very successful.
The game of thrones made 3.1. Billion dollars in all 8 seasons.

The lord of the ring made over 2.9 billion dollars In just three films.
The entire hobbit made over 2.9 billion dollars too In just three films.

So I think right now we can not tell which one is going to be more successful but i am going to put my money on the ring of power.

I am very disappointed with the way Resident evil turned out to be a flop.
I was really looking forward to see how successful it will become.

Amazon or HBO should have been given the right to make the show. It has so many potentials to be the next big thing when it comes to series but Netflix just ruined it.

I hope they don't ruin the upcoming Avatar.
Netflix should be banned from adaptations.
I was even thinking the main actress Alice will headline the series or use actress like Scarlet Johansson.

Lol, Rhaenyra's tale is as organic as it gets. She's the first female heir or Queen of the Kingdom and very strong willed. Her denial or coronation of the throne was the catalyst that brought the fall of the Targaryen dynasty as well as the first Targaryen Civil War. So it's a very important story.

No worries, you'll like it when it debuts.

Lol, Corlys' race wasn't really specified in the books except that they are (House Velaryon) also Valyrians like the Targaryens and also share familial links with them as well as marry each other.

I just think it's the way the trailer is marketed as... Most likely to draw in Daenarys fans back to the show and give them a relatable character as well as a somewhat befitting stroyline.

The core story is bigger than that. Based on what I've read about the show yesterday, it's said to be different in style and tone from GOT even tho it's the same universe.
