If you say Nigeria is under policed, During elections, where do all the policemen they use come out from? Nigeria has grossly underutilized security agencies. the country is paying salaries to people it isn't using.

The personnel in our security agencies are very idle, very unprofessional, indisciplined and feel like they are gods when among civilians. I witnessed a group naval guys on patrol today, about 10 of them, arresting just 1 guy for plaiting his hair. Folks like this should be used to chase after bandits if they have nothing to do.

India, China, Korea, Russia, Singapore- all organized societies- have mass transit to move hordes of people from one point to another. Interestingly, most of these countries, save for Russia and China are advanced capitalist systems.
