It is not even on its way to Nigeria yet, it is still in a transit country.

Logistics there is no fixed time it is all luck that you got an item in 20days doesn't meant the next one will come in that same time frame. Well it is understandable that you are still new to all this.

Access bank card seems to be frustrating it's customers when it comes to intl. transactions.

There you have it. Been like this for almost a month. I've been to a post office nearby, nothing.

What's up with speedaf tracking website or is it just me?

Does this means i will go pick it up myself.....

My sister speedaf is becoming something else, my item has been in their warehouse since on the 20th of this month, they have not sent it to their office in my location. Even called customer service, she was even surprise the item has not been scanned and sent to location since when it arrived at their warehouse, she said I'll get an email once there's an update. My item has stayed one month from customs to speedaf, even email sef speedaf no send again. The last item i picked up stayed one week at their office in my location cause i was waiting for their email to inform me to pick my item but didn't get any. I had to go to their office to pick it up without the email and they were asking me if i got a message from them which i told them i didn't but the tracking info said it in their centre before i was able to collect it
