Is there a way I can use Google gift card to fund my google account and pay for subscriptions ? . I have tried using all my debit cards and none worked . So I'm thinking of using a giftcard .

Lol of course, you can't use a UK giftcard to work in a US site.

You will have stress using cards....I use gift cards to recharge and purchase my books from google

People use amazon gift cards to shop on amazon from here in Nigeria like I do too. I also use recharge my google playstore acct with googleplay cards too when I need books or some movies.
