Just instead of getting another degree which would probably take 4 to 5 years you can get into tech by learning programming language and get a lucrative job though is hard and you have to be super motivated.

If you accept it, you'll be enjoying 50% of salary til your service tenure is over and you'd enjoy packages and if you don't accept the semi-sack, you won't enjoy salary pay cut and others, those that were semi-sacked were left with 1-2 years in office.. Buhari gave NNPC a reform policy and target to meet up with.. This a kind of lesson to us. If your service year left isn't much, abeg utilize opportvnities, FEAR REDUCTION.
