Why is the reconstruction of Owerri urban and rural roads by the present IMSG not waiting till the N50 billion invested in Owerri-Orlu and Owerri-Okigwe roads is received by IMSG from the federal government?
A muru ogbe nwa k'okpagbuo ibe ya? Was Owerri made state capital to close down urban development in Orlu and other urban centres in Imo state?
Above all, Orlu-Owerri road is not property of Orlu. Owerri and Orlu people with others share the same road. Orlu-Akokwa road is not property of Orlu. It's used by all in Imo state with others outside the state.

The dozens of dilapidated urban roads of Orlu have made movements in the city next to impossible.

Modern shopping complex won't take many traders and cost will be a huge factor.

During Rochas okorocha regime the company ran into debts after brief operation, Amcon paid the debt and ceased the company, IMSG just paid 1.6 billion naira outstanding balance to recover it.
I advice that the company should be privatized or sold outrightly.
