There should be exceptions like the one below:

If the children were abroad before political office, then they can continue. Also the children can go abroad after their first degree, as you cannot stop an adult from schooling abroad because his thieving father is a politician in Nigeria.

To me there should be no exceptions. If your kids or wards school abroad, then don't engage in public offices.

What's stopped them from enlisting their children in private universities if they can afford to send their wards to school abroad.
If there's is to be any legislation at all in this regard, l think it should be ASSU that should be legislated upon if it is not outrightly scrapped. They are feeding fat from these insistent strike. The government needs to put a stop to it's employees getting wings.

the bill should also add the academic staff of University kids too so they can teach properly .while politician should fund properly!
