Good! For more than two weeks now, I have spent time on YouTube on the effectiveness of mini tractors. They are quite expensive however there are welder fabricated ones that one could buy various parts and build to reduce cost. This is one of blessing in disguise of the administration of Buhari. Hardworking youth now give farming an option provided there are tools to make them less stressful. With the ban on importation of food, farming is very rewarding though the profit margin is low except it is mechanized. |

Now what is stopping zulum from looting his own share? The access to public money in Nigerian states is too loose. And it is a common trait of third world countries. You cannot just dole out public money like this. It needs to be approved by the state assembly. |
