They were both in a relationship (intimate I must add) and those don't look convincing enough for me as receipts to nail someone whom you are in a relationship with and on vacation with. I don't condone or support rape or assault but we must be very careful in making conclusions about these things.

My thoughts are the lady has been informed that her evidence(s) are not strong enough to pursue a case and that is why she now exposing "receipts" to the public. I don't think she is also forthcoming with everything. When I see deleted chats in a conversation story, I become very hesitant. Once again, I will wait until the police complete investigation and come out with their report.

They were dating long before the trip. He invited her to a trip from the screenshort she posted, but she was complaining about Thomas going to also have sex with other girls on the trip (Flag1), Thomas asked if she was not coming and she claimed Thomas was not respecting her enough.

Anyways she went with him on the journey, they had fun and according to her she was drunk... they went to the room... sex took place after which Thomas went out to have more fun (maybe more sex with more girls) leaving her alone. She woke up started complaining and wanting Thomas to admit she was raped since she was drunk when the last sex took place. Thomas was smart enough not to admit it, but told her they will talk about it... IMO she desperately wanted to implicate Thomas. You are very right.... Her case has already been dismissed technically and there is another accuser's allegation which can be entertained in UK but there are no evidence to back her allegation thus far.....

Look at people reading things and interpreting it as they like. The girl was throwing different accusations in that chat and he didn't deny it. Almost like he was trying to avoid addressing the issue. That's a red flag to me. There are also others screenshots from Snapchat.

Given all the things she posted, plus the NDA, plus the fact that he's walking not because there's no proof, plus the fact that there's another victim. Plus the fact that she could potentially get into debt because of this(so there's no financial incentive), it's better to avoid commenting about the situation rather than try to claim the alleged perpetrator is innocent.

The reason why I said I interpreted it the way u wanted was how u said since the case may be likely thrown out for technical reasons and not for lack of evidences , then it’s an indicator Partey may likely not be innocent .

The fact is only Partey and the Lady can conveniently tell us what happened between them .( but I guess for name saving , either of them will deny the other party’s account of what happened ) which is where the court/police investigations come in.

From the little we’ve seen/read online people can get falsely accused of rap.e when things go sour in relationship(especially if the man is loaded like these footballers ) , and also there is a possibility the rape did happened . However we can’t just assumed it happened like the girl’s account claimed if we want to be fair to both parties in the face of no clear cut evidence (at least what she posted is not one ) .

So, you just showed up here out of nowhere because of rape accusation? it's funny.
I hate it when people lose their sense of reasoning immediately some cases like this spring up. What you don't realize is falsely accusing someone of rape is as damaging as rape itself. If this matter is not resolved on time, there is high probability Partey might start losing some deals.

You see, rape is bad but the reason why people are reluctant to believe the girl is due to recent cases like Neymar's and Jonny Depp's.

Raping is bad but false accusation is also bad.
