Good morning nairalanders


Yesterday a man sent me threat messages, I have been trying to figure out who the person is, because to the best of my knowledge I'm not owing anybody, rather people are owing me, I went to the police station, and they said I should pay #60,000 to track the number sending me the message before they can talk of arrest. Here is the first message


"Good day, I'm the chief strike one of 9ja, Well, I know everything about you that is why I did not strike you the time I saw you last week Thursday, and I don't want to do anything to you, But I'm giving you from now till evening to return back my boss 26,000 or consider you and your family and shops damaged, even if I know you, I will make sure I strike you down as the chief strike one of 9ja just to obey my boss order, Remember, No brother in junger..."


I called the number after receiving the message, he said his boss is from Benue I don't know anyone from Benue, after telling him that I'm not owing anybody, he sent another message

"person wey never taste soup no fit no the taste... I believe you have heard of Unkown Gun Mem, watch and see."

Let's assumed you owe the said boss 26k truly? so on top 26k Dem want eliminate you and your family?

You don't need to be scared if truly you have searched yourself inside out that you're not owing anybody.

But I would only advice you to give the police that 60k they requested for in order to track that number threatening your life.

Overthinking no fit solve problem, Just watch your six the sender is a joker though.

I believe this is an empty threat, scammers using another tactics to defraud.
but this police asking for 60k, is it not better u pay d threat 26k , and kip ur change. But no call for alarm, i biliv it to b an empty threat

Why not asking him to send his account number so you can do transfer. if he agrees to that, check the name and paste it here.
