IMO this issue sounded like an heartbreak rather than rape accusation.

I'm not supporting rape and if Partey is later found guilty, he should be duly punished.

...but, there is nothing in the chats to suggest Partey raped her. The only thing I picked that suggest assault from the chat is when she said Partey put his microphone in her mouth but then she said in another chat that she was willing to go all the way for him even if it means entering from the other side.

This is more like she caught him cheating and she became angry.

BTW the police should get this solved and let everybody move on.
