I know some millionaires on this platform, and by millionaires, I mean people that can spend 10m in a week and won't feel it. I'll give you a hint though.

They comment mostly on non romantic sections, they normally ask questions not give informations, they are tech guys mostly, and they don't comment anyhow.

If you have something to offer and you don't come off as a leech, some will message you if they need your service. I get pm from all kinds of people here and some of them are forking wealthy, because rich is the new poor. I suspect they pm'ed me because them know I no go beg lol.

If you are talking about those that created their own, it should be called artificial

The natural one comes with a big lump of flesh that separates both teeth to avoid closure

But the ones created by fashion doesn't have that lump that divides both teeth

It's doesn't really need to be surgical because it can still be done in a salon with a Sharp nail filer
