I don't think it affects the normal list. The list is mostly based on merit.
People on stakeholders list get theirs almost any time.

I think the so-called stakeholders list is different from the merit list that is usually published. I think it shouldn't affect the merit list.

The fact is that nobody has collected any letter. The list was ready as at Friday but it seems some interest weren't well represented, hence the delay.

Well some1 from the tower said that to me. In as much as I don’t believe it. Only PTDF themselves knows when the list will come out.

Apparently PTDF themselves don't even know when the list will be out given the different takes from different sources.
