I know say na owner's choice but this design no too heavy and oppressive for family home so?

The design just take over the whole optical space. When the owner come add soft furnishings, the space no go dey too heavy and oppressive?

Or maybe that's the point: heavy and oppressive.

The thread You Quoted from are details of my just concluded 4M project and that's not first or second or third Project I've done this Year alone.Check the Topic of the thread.Kobokobo House, that aside. That's the mix ratio I normally use in all my Projects unless My client instructs me to adjust the ratio.I've worked for several Nairalanders and none ever complain of any glitches.
Before I do something for a client, I'll firstly do it for myself first in other to gather experiences and to avoid any flop,and I think that's what Researching means.
The question You asked has already been answered on my previous Threads,I can't be treating same question everytime on my threads that's why I always tell people to search for my name and everything including some of my Removed threads will show up.

Oga, some of us are worried with your style of building and some of your claim. Can you proof to us your style meet minimum standard of construction law book? From my experience, building codes and standard are similar worldwide. Please explain to house in which school do they tech you that method of unsafe construction? Is not about cheap, in about saving lives before its happed.
