Sorry for the inconvenience, I can see from the image above you have a countdown timer along side the date. The reason you're still unable to open dispute could be as a result of the timer.

Kindly exercise a little patience and wait for the timer to elapse. I'm sure then the option for dispute will come up.

My delivery failed. It’s my first time using Speedaf and before I could figure out that my package arrived, it was already on its way back to Lagos.

I’ve been calling them since then and till now, the waybill is still yet to reach Lagos since 25th of last month. Who has experienced this before? Or it’s probably in Lagos already but they are too lazy to update?

Cos I’m confused.

I am also encountering this now. This is my first time since I have been ordering things from AliExpress.
Mine was sent through DHL and I saw delivered. Only for me to contact DHL through email and I was told that the seller gave me a wrong tracking number. That the goods is not mine. I have send an email to the seller.
