The fares I see on indriver lately are ridiculous,

Imagine airport to VI 2,700 is that not madness

And amazingly before you say jack "trip has already been taken" I come dey wonder who dey accept these shitty trips
The pick up point determines for the driver. If a driver is less than 5mins close to that rider, he would accept it immediately. 5mins + 36 mins (to destination), that's less than an hour - let's just calculate 1hr for the whole stuff cos once you click on 'navigate', the time could increase due to traffic.
I took a rider from Ikeja underbridge to Ikotun (on bolt) which I we spent almost 1hr, trip came out 2.2k (without surge though) and bolt has 25% of it. Please which one you go prefer?
Mind you, Indriver has a specific time to enjoy them - which is anytime from 8pm till you pass out, if you can. In the night, that order of 2.7k, if you propose 3k to the rider, she would accept you if you're close to her pick up point and imagine how free the road always is in the night.
Na you go run for order.
Much respect, boss.

I don't know why they stopped working on the road. We dey manage am like that.
And for akoka streets, I avoid trips there.

I only like Indriver because of the charges. The competition is much!

If a driver is less than 5mins close to that rider, he would accept it immediately. 5mins + 43 mins (to destination), that's less than an hour - let's just calculate 1hr for the whole stuff cos once you click on 'navigate', the time could increase due to traffic.

What I'm saying is if we continue like this we'll reck our vehicle, wait until your car start calling for repairs na den u go understand say 2,700 minus 10% for a trip over 25km is poor

Edited

Few days ago I had to replace my gear box
Before now the gearbox was 70k now 180k
Shaft 6k now 10k

Bolt is wicked. Imagine 4 inspection in a year, the fares without surges which is the norm lately is shitty the commission is killing they force u to go to all axis with their new activity score calculation. I gave up on bolt over 3months ago

I really don't like using Indriver at the airport. There's always this argument about who pays for car park and airport toll.

I had to educate one yesterday.

You don't understand indriver. That trip isn't for you. There's someone closer to her. Let the person take it. It's why I NEVER do fastest finger. I must calculate. Someone closer took it.

You're 43 mins from her. Where she is to vi is just 36 mins. 2700 is not fantastic but it's fair. A little above 30mins
For me, what matters most is the distance (km) to cover. Other factors are secondary (e.g traffic condition, route preference)

There's no way I would go on a 28km trip for 2700! Never. At least #3200. I am also sure Indriver original fare is above 3k.

Goto Ladipo and confirm the prices.

If you change the Compressor, make sure you change the condenser too, with a new one.

OfficialDJ:
so basically, this is an appreciation post on this guy.

He's received so much hate and bile from here that I wonder why?

I'm based in the south side of the country.

I needed mercedes benz parts.

I couldn't fly to Lagos because I was busy.
I recalled felicity was in Lagos and knew the innings of Lagos.

I contacted him.

He was super helpful towards my questions and did his best to assuage my fears.

The next day..
After a brief market survey, he headed to ladipo on my behalf.

He got parts for me totalling slightly over half a million naira, and I transferred the money to him without meeting him at all. He documented his journey with pictures and videos all the way, which made the process very easy!

With the surge in scams and fraudsters in this Nigeria, he's completely changed my view about everything!

Kudos to the man.

Na man you be!

Hats off!

Wow! OfficialDJ!!! Honestly I never in my widest imagination thought it was you all along.

But, nawao... After then first contact next day credit alertgrin I was just wondering who on earth could this person be.

You know, I must say you've truly studied me just by reading alone.

I'm honoured
I'm glad
And I'm grateful for your trust
God bless you for the aftermath gift
I really appreciate it.
God bless you, protect and guide you

A million thanks.

You're the boss
