Some questions will be part of your discipline. However, some questions will cover use of English, logical reasoning. I can't say if there are going to be changes.

The pay is not like multinationals oo. But in textile industry I think they are one of the best. Their offer is not bad I think for a starter, considering Nigerian factors.
