Good. This is the role that best fits him. Not going back to soil his name in the mucky waters of Nigerian politics. Imagine if APC had succeeded in getting him to contest the primaries and eventually looses to Tinubu. The embarrassment would have been huge and his image degraded. He dodged a bullet with that bait. |

Jonathan, one of those who have destroyed Nigeria - he should be in jail; not observing elections. Nonsense! |

Jonathan is now the modern day father of democracy. This was the same fellow whose second name was clueless and couldn't do anything to boko haram insurgency for some 6 years. Just wait till Buhari vacate that seat, his robe will be whiter than snow. |

wittywriter:Most Nigerians don't like good things. They saw the light but chose darkness in the likes of Buhari vs Jonathan, Tinubu vs Osinbajo etc. They are clamouring to repeat the same thing in the likes of Tinubu vs Obi. Surfer nor they tire them. God forbid |

Naajjii:Does what you have just said here make sense? Go to North Central, South-South, Kaduna and even part of south West and see for yourself the Obi support based. If you like, call me an Igbo man because I am supporting Obi for a better Nigeria, that will not change my ethnicity, and it will not change my stands for Obi. |

Welcome to Nairobi, Hon. Jonathan. Our general election is happening in two days, and we really need all the Goodluck. What is it with Nigerians and hats, caps and other 'head coverings' though? I have never clearly seen this man's head. Reminds me of people from Central Kenya(Kikuyuland) and their caps. My childhood friend first saw his father's head at the age of 9! He had to literally peep through his fingers, to witness that rare occurance. During prayers at a funeral, when his father was forced to reluctantly take off his cap, in respect for his departed agemate. ![]() |
