Nigeria's Nasiru Sule has won silver in the men’s Singles Classes 3-5 (Sitting/wheelchair classes) Para Table-Tennis event the ongoing XXII Commonwealth Games holding in Birmingham.

He lost to England's Jack Hunter-Spivey 1-3 (4-11, 11-9, 6-11, 7-11).

Isau Ogunkunle earlier won Bronze in this event.

With all these our(nigeria) medal hauls in these games soo far this is the first name that sounds northern that is winning medal for nigeria and that is how it has always been since independence.... We southerners/middle belt make this country proud and to be what it is but they still think we dont deserve? I stand to be corrected by our northern brothers....
