If Peter Obi is to run on his record as administrator/Governor of Anambra, he'll be the last person in the race to even consider for the presidency. In Peter Obi 4th year as Governor of Anambra State, the State was ranked 35th out of the 36 States and FCT by World Bank on Ease of Doing business. In plain terms, Anambra under Obi was ranked the 3rd in Worst State to do business in 2010.
