The man has a valid point. But it is quite possible the bump was constructed after a speeding vehicle knocked down someone there, though the bump looks unprofessionally done.

That's what happens when mechanic make road bumps. They'll just heap it as they like not knowing that bumps should have certain slope level to allow movement of vehicle without damaging impact

are uiu aware that when a car driver applies his brakes , the weight of the can all comes down to the ground added with tires breaking and friction tKes effect on the asphalt, cars are lighter when in motion and speed bumps cause pot holes faster than pan, its uncivilized to use speed bumps , the proper thing to use are zebra lines and police traffic wardens there to enforce them , you run through the line not slowing down or exercising caution you number is taken And forwarded to patrol and uou are tracked down and lets say in nigerian currency you pay like 10k

These bumps wear out vehicles, reduces the lifespan of the roads themselves and in cases leads to the very accidents they are meant to prevent.

There are a lot of things too complex for the black man to enjoy and road use is one of them. If only we could simply read and understand, simple signage and markings would suffice.

Most of these bumps are required to protect school children, elderly and even agile adults trying to cross the road. What this man did is very wrong. He should go to orthopedic hospitals and see what speed has done to motorists and pedestrians. He acted badly and should pay for it
