Despite the disaster done by the BH, Maiduguri is one of the most beautiful city in the North and Nigeria at large and all thanks to senator Kashim Shettima for bringing in good mind like Gov. Zulum and co to work in the developmental process however,it should be noted that Gov. Zulum failed and is failing to replicate the same commitment he had as a commissioner of works and housing now that's he's a governor.
His family comes first before the good people of Borno state and that is the sad reality.
