this just shows you’ve never seen a civilised country talk less of going to one. According to traffic rules, you only give way to anambulance, fire service truck or any emergency vehicle only when their siren is on and they aren’t meant to break the traffic light rules even while on emergency regardless because it’s a law. Now the military are not allowed on civilian space , even when they do no siren is used in saner climes. Police aren’t meant for escorts. They only use their siren when on a chase and every motorists gives way on that note as well.

I can't count how many times I have cleared the road and parked on the hard shoulder for police, fire brigades, and ambulance when their sirens are on.

from that video, you can tell that he never stopped them, it was just a coincidence that they were driving behind his car and the traffic light demands that every approaching vehicle should stop which must be obeyed. And yes if you are a road user in the country that you domiciled, if your car security camera happens to cover a driver who's broken the traffic law, you are demanded to make a report with your evidence immediately even if it's a presidents car for the drivers’ mental health evaluation because traffic laws are very serious to uphold for the safety of other road users. Nigeria is just a lawless shit hole
