Peter obi don't need to meet the Constitution requirements for having 25% vote in 24 states before winning the presidential election, he just have to get enough votes to enter the second round.
Peter obi will have to win in 8 states or in 9 states in the south. For the NC, Peter obi need to win in 2 states, and get votes from 30%-40% in the remaining states in the NC and also win in the FCT or get at least 45% of the votes in the FCT.
For the NW and NE, Peter obi will have to win in one of those state, or get 40% of the votes in that state, one of those state is likely to be Kadunna where his VP is from.
Peter obi will then need to get 10% votes or 25% votes in 5 states from the NW and NE
if Peter obi meet the above requirements, then he stands a good chance of winning the presidential election

Do Nigeria use percentage abi number of vote
this is how % of votes can be counted, for example, if the total number of register voters that vote in a state is : 850000
if party A has a total of:450000
party B has a total of:250000
party C has a total of:100000
party D has a total of:50000
it mean that party A has 40% of the votes, party B has 30% of the votes, party C has 25% of the votes, and party D has 10% of the votes
