Hello and happy Sunday guys.
I have an issue with my GTB token which can not be solved by the gtb staffs.

I have been a fan of gtb ever since its emergency and it's tenacity to do online stuffs. For that I got their token for 3k then.

This recent issue has been a set back for me, restricting me from completing my transaction because I need to put the code generated by the token to get my transaction completed.

For this problem, I sent message to gtb with an attached image query of the token issue. The message was sent to their Fb page and Twitter. I was directed to visit their banking hall. I did as instructed yet the staff there, chinonso by name said, there's nothing he can do.. Like WTf. I was mad.

Please who has such issue and how was your resolved..

If you encountered such a problem before how, how did you resolve it

If your hardware token ain't working, then generate a token code via *737*7#

As long as you're using your registered phone number, you're good to go

You must be lying.

Seems you're trying to do something on someone's account.

No bank staff will answer you that way If they didn't answer you well, then go see the manager.

Stop asking Nairalanders to help you bypass OTP token

Dont mind them. Same thing happen to me. My token code stopped working on their platform. I went to the bank to complain and they told me that my token is damage and i have to request another one at my own cost. I argued that if the deviced is still showing code, how can it be damaged. But they refused. I abandon the account for a while. But due to my account been one of my most used, i had to request another token last week.

You try to reset the token. To do this, try to login using the browser, when it ask for token code, you will see a button to "reset token"
