How I Lost Weight Without Gyming by Bisiebae(f): 12:16pm On Aug 06, 2022
Weight loss is something many of us want. Interestingly, I was able to lose some weight by changing some lifestyle choices.

1. I stopped eating when I am full: A lot of us keeping eating and eating, minutes after we are full. Stop this!

2. I stopped junk foods and drinks: I used to be addicted to Pepsi. Pepsi was my baby. It was like my coffee, thanks to the caffeine in it. However, calories add up and Pepsi was making me fat. I stopped drinking sweet drinks and junk food, and this made all the difference.

3. Eating dinner early: Guys, I never thought eating late dinners could be affecting my weight. I started cooking dinner early, so I eat by 7pm as opposed to 9 pm before.

4. Getting active: Even if you work remotely, try moving around the house to burn calories. Take long walks and enjoy natural.

So, guys! Lifestyle changes can definitely affect your weight. My weight was around 55kg, and now I weigh 51kg. I feel lighter and definitely more attractive (wink). Goodluck guys! I know it seems hard, but do your best and stay away from toxic diet culture like starvation. It's not pretty.

Hahaha. No be die be that? When it is not that one is obese, why you go wan lose 10kg in 2wks, Klass? grin

Just about 7kg in 2 months. My hips went from 44” to 38”. Nah, I didn’t do it without the exercise. I do sit-ups, squats, bicycle crunch and jumping jacks. I think losing weight without workout would leave some loose skin. Exercise is needed to make them firm. Especially the stomach and arms. smiley

4 weeks. I don't think it's safe to lose 10kg in 2 weeks oh.

Lol grin. When you said drastically walahi 10kg in 2 weeks was what came to my mind. No be sey I wan lose 10kg in 2 weeks, but a colleague claims she has done it in the past through diet change and exercise.

That is quite unsafe and too drastic. No do that kind thing abeg. She should be doing that one alone. cheesy cheesy

you were 55kg? is 55kg on the fat side? I'm currently 62kg and i look proportional. i eat whatever i like, time doesn't matter to me yet I look fit and trim. no stomach fat since i was born.

lucky me, i can't imagine me not eating cos of my weight. grin

It depends on your height. I'm 5'4, so it's different for me. I didn't say you shouldn't eat, I said you shouldn't overeat. I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. I've cut out sweet drinks. Now, I snack on fruits to help with my appetite. I was slim at 55kg, I wanted to be slimmer.

Your metabolism rate is good. Just don't overdo it, make e no go take you to where you no know.

awww nice dear. I'm 5'5. weight isn't any issue for me though, it was only when i was 15 i got very fat and everyone was concerned but to everyone surprise, i grew to be slimmer and it have been that way till now. i am currently looking for ways to be thicker, i take appetizer drugs for weight gain but nothing tangible is seen. lolz . I'm enjoying myself, no fat worries.

Lol! People are looking for different things sha. There are many things high in calories like Garri, Rice, yam and co. However, if your metabolism rate is high, you might still not gain weight

ya i have a very high metabolism. i lose weight very quickly and effortlessly without breaking sweat. metabolism is so fast that i am very careful how i stress myself least i slim down and all my trials of adding flesh to my body to look thick goes to waste.

i also eat before exercising, if not, I'd slim down if i workout on empty sromach. grin

all my friends are watching their weights o, I'm the only one who isn't affected. I'm happy nature blessed me with a high metabolism cos i see the energy, time, efforts my friends have to put up in order to check their weights in place, not get obese and out of shape.

I'm not too slim or fat. just the right spot. keep up your weight loss journey, congratulations on the progress so far.

Thank you so much! You've the good genes. I've good metabolism too,but I developed bad habits. I drank sugary drinks everyday, had tons of shawarma, ice cream, peppered chicken orisirisi on top of it. I had one of the flattest stomachs I have ever seen till I began eating excessively. Good luck on yours too.
