Please doctors in the house, I really need your advice. I don't feel pains during the day, but when once I lay down to sleep, the back pain starts causing me not to have a sound sleep, and I also fart a lot, I can fart about 5 times in the space of 5mins. Please are my normal?

Stop eating too fast and avoid heavy intake of air to return to normal regime. For back pains try to go for some massage and change your bed. I hope. You're not sleeping on concrete?
